1Who we are
Mawaeed is built for service businesses in Lebanon and their clients.
2The service
Mawaeed gives businesses (operators) a booking website, calendar, reminders, and related tools, and lets customers book appointments with an operator through the operator's page. We provide the software; the services you book are provided by the operator, not by Mawaeed.
3Your account
Keep your credentials secure: you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and do not use someone else's account without permission.
4Your content
You own what you upload: logos, photos, texts, and your client list. You grant us the license needed to host and display that content in order to run the service. You must have the rights to what you publish and keep it lawful.
5Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and are currently settled via Whish or other supported methods, then activated after confirmation. If a subscription lapses, your account falls back to the Free plan, and your data is not deleted.
6Bookings and payments between you and your clients
Appointments, prices, cancellations, and refunds are a matter between the operator and the customer, and clients pay the business directly. Operators must honor confirmed bookings and their own published policies.
7Messaging
Mawaeed sends booking confirmations and reminders by WhatsApp or email. Operators must only enroll customers who provided their contact details for this purpose, and customers can opt out at any time.
8Acceptable use
No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent use. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation, or use Mawaeed to send spam.
9Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10Termination
You can stop using Mawaeed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. After termination, we may delete associated content following a reasonable period.
11Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will announce material changes, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
