Mawaeed started with a simple observation: Lebanese salons, clinics, courts, and studios run world-class businesses on infrastructure that fights them. International booking tools assume a working card network, a bank account, and customers who read email. Lebanon runs on WhatsApp, Whish, OMT, and cash.
