1What we collect
From operators: name, email, business details, and the content you add to your page. From customers: name, phone number, email if provided, and booking details and notes, shared with the business you book with. We also collect technical data such as logs and device and usage information.
2How we use it
To run bookings and calendars, send confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp or email, prevent abuse, improve the product, and provide support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3Operators and their client data
Each business controls its own client list. Mawaeed processes that data on the operator's behalf to deliver the service. If you booked with a business, that business is your first point of contact for questions about your data.
4Who we share with
Only service providers that make Mawaeed work: hosting and database (Supabase), messaging (Meta WhatsApp Business, Twilio), email (Resend), calendar providers (Google, Microsoft) when you connect them, and payment providers when used. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
5Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6Retention
We keep data while your account is active or while it is needed for bookings and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
7Security
Data isolation between businesses is enforced at the database level, connections are encrypted in transit, and calendar tokens are stored encrypted.
8Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data: write to hello@mawaeed.io. Customers can also contact the business they booked with directly.
9Changes and contact
